Stridewell is an AI-powered running coach application (“the App”) operated by StrideWell (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Data

When you create an account, we collect:

Email address
Account creation date and timestamp
Authentication credentials (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)

2.2 Training and Activity Data

If you connect your Strava account, we collect:

Historical and ongoing run activity data: distance, duration, pace, heart rate, cadence, power, elevation, GPS route (as an encoded polyline), workout type, and timestamps
Race activities flagged in Strava
Strava OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token), stored securely and used only to retrieve your activity data on your behalf

We do not access your Strava social feed, followers, segments, kudos, or any data unrelated to your run activities.
